Physiotherapist

Candice is an experienced physiotherapist with over 30 years in sports, orthopaedic, and musculoskeletal practice. She completed her Physiotherapy Honours degree in South Africa and has worked internationally, including with the Sharks Rugby Team, in the United States, and across leading musculoskeletal and sports clinics in London. After relocating to Australia in 2003, she became the owner of Frenchs Forest Physiotherapy in 2004.

Candice has extensive postgraduate training in Muscle Energy Techniques, Kinesiotaping, and McKenzie and Mulligan approaches, with a special interest in hip and shoulder conditions and movement dysfunction. She is committed to evidence-based care, focusing on identifying the root cause of injury to optimise recovery and reduce recurrence.

Outside the clinic, Candice enjoys staying active through gym training, Pilates, hiking, and running, and values time with her family, travel, and the outdoors.
