Lauren is an experienced physiotherapist with over 30 years of clinical practice. She grew up on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and graduated from the University of Sydney. Lauren spent 18 years working in rural New South Wales, where she established and successfully managed physiotherapy practices.
Lauren has extensive experience across sports, musculoskeletal, and aged care physiotherapy. She has worked as a team physiotherapist for rugby league, AFL, and netball, delivered back care and falls prevention programs, and provided therapy across a range of aged care facilities.
Lauren has completed postgraduate training in sports physiotherapy, aged care, taping, falls prevention, and McKenzie neck and back treatment. She is known for her hands-on treatment approach and is passionate about supporting patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
